In order to correctly guide and standardize the development of direct selling industry in our country and to fulfill the promise of WTO accession, in August 2005, the State Council promulgated the “Direct Marketing Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”). “Regulations” clearly defined in the concept of direct marketing at the same time, the establishment of direct sales companies, direct marketing business activities to make clear that China’s direct sales market access system.
