对原油稳定工艺过程进行分析比较,找出适合于不同原油物性宜采用的加工工艺。原油稳定加工工艺主要有精馏法和负压法两种,根据原油中轻烃潜含量的差别,一般情况下,轻烃潜含量较高的宜采用提馏法,轻烃潜含量较低的宜采用负压法。针对轮南油田原油稳定工程的具体情况,对原油稳定工程生产的不凝气和轻烃进行深度处理、回收液化石油气。采用先进技术,优化工专职参数,搞好脱丁烷塔控制,使用自限式电热带替代热水拌热。通过以上措施,使整个工程能耗显著降低,做到工艺合理,控制先进。
