潘××,女,30岁,住院号253892。因妊娠5个月,出现严重贫血,于1985年8月5日入院。患者患慢性再生障碍性贫血(再障)已10多年;长期服用大力补等中西药,血象一直偏低,怀孕以后,血象不断下降,及至入院前,血红蛋白1.7g,红细胞56.2万,白细胞2,000,血小板3万。无发热及出血症象。体检:呈严重贫血貌,巩膜无黄染,胸骨无压痛,心率92,律齐,心尖可闻及Ⅱ级收缩期吹风样杂音,两肺无干湿罗音,腹软,肝肋下一横指,无触痛,脾未及,宫底脐下2横指。无皮肤出血点。
