随着北京市第十一次党代会于7月3日闭幕,全国各省区市在十八大前均产生了新一届省级党委领导班子。2011年10月-11月,2012年4月-7月,两阶段省级党委换届工作全部结束。各地党代会报告是庄严的政治承诺,也是未来5年各地发展实实在在的“路线图”。这些省级党代会报告,既寻找着各自的定位,也凝聚成彼此的共识,转变经济增长方式、实现跨越式发展成为主线。 With the 11th Party Congress in Beijing closed on July 3, all the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the country have all created the leadership of the new provincial party committee in the previous 18th Congress. From October to November 2011 and from April to July 2012, the two-stage provincial-level party committee re-elected all ended.
