目的:为裘氏内异方治疗EM提供实验室依据。方法:自体移植法建立EM大鼠模型,分四组给药:生理盐水组,裘氏内异方高、中、低剂量组,丹那唑悬浮液组。灌胃4周后,测定大鼠体内TIMP-2、MMP-2的表达水平。结果:①治疗后裘氏内异方各治疗组和达那唑组MMP-2表达水平明显低于对照组,而TIMP-2高于对照组(P<0.05);②高、中剂量组MMP-2表达水平低于低剂量组,而TIMP-2则相反(P<0.05);③高、中剂量组与达那唑组MMP-2表达水平之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:裘氏内异方能明显降低EM大鼠体内MMP-2水平并增加TIMP-2的含量,从而可能通过抑制异位内膜组织的侵袭能力达到治疗目的。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a laboratory basis for the treatment of EM within the Qi allogeneic. Methods: The model of EM was established by autograft. The rats were divided into four groups: saline group, high, medium and low dose Qiu heterotopic group, and Danazol suspension group. Four weeks after gavage, the expression of TIMP-2 and MMP-2 in rats was measured. Results: ① After treatment, the expression of MMP-2 in each group and the danazol group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while TIMP-2 was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in the expression of MMP-2 between high and middle dose groups and danazol group (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: Qiushi Neisserial can significantly reduce the level of MMP-2 and increase the content of TIMP-2 in EM rats, which may achieve the therapeutic goal by inhibiting the invasion ability of ectopic endometrial tissues.
