我们党在领导全国各族人民取得八个五年计划辉煌成就的基础上、不失时机地提出了跨世纪的奋斗目标——未来15年的奋斗《纲邻》。这同样也是我们包装行业的奋斗目标。在这种“机遇与挑战并存,优势与困难同在”的新形势下,我们包装行业应当怎样落实党中央的一系列方针政策,加快社会主义市场经济建设,注重学习,讲究政治,加强党的建设,提高干部素质,转变经营机制,依靠技术进步,实施民主管理,参与市场竞争,等等,均是我们每个包装工作者所密切关注的。本刊从这一期开始,推出《双月谭》专栏,试图困绕以上方方面面的问题,广泛进行学习研究和交流探讨。《双月谭》强调的是政策性、指导性、理论性、全局性,并要求针对包装行业的特点。这有别于《论丛》的专业化、学术性,也有别于《经验交流》的具体化、务实性,更不同于“一事一议”性质的《杂谈随感》和《百家言》等栏目。由于这一新栏目的“标的”较高,因此在推出的初期,可能还不会很成熟。但我们坚信,依靠大家的共同努力,随着时间的推移,《双月谭》一定会发展成为《包装世界》的一个权威性论坛的。我们竭诚希望包装界的领导和专家们积极为本栏目撰写文章,提供稿件。每篇字数以2000字左右为宜,最长请控制在4000字以内。我们每期将以1—2页的篇幅,选刊1—2篇文章。

Starting from this issue, the magazine launched the “Double Moon” column, trying to trap the problems of the above areas and conduct extensive study, research, and discussion. “Double Moon” emphasizes policy, guidance, theoretical, and overall, and requires the characteristics of the packaging industry. This is different from the specialization and academic nature of “On Cong”. It is also different from the concrete and pragmatic nature of “Experience Exchange”. It is also different from the “Talking about Miscellaneousness” and “Hundreds of Words” of the nature of “One Case, One Discussion”. Columns. Due to the high “target” of this new column, it may not be very mature in the initial stage of launch. However, we firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all, as time goes by, “Double Moon Tan” will certainly develop into an authoritative forum for “Packaging World.” We wholeheartedly hope that leaders and experts in the packaging industry will actively write articles and provide contributions for this section. The number of words per word is 2,000 words or so, and the maximum length is 4,000 words. We will select 1-2 articles for each issue with 1-2 pages.
