5月30日,全省大型灌区工作座谈会在赵口灌区召开,副厅长武建新、副巡视员何晓丹以及开封市政府副秘书长林恒志出席会议,全省大型灌区47个单位130多人参加了会议。赵口、陆浑、彭楼、鲇鱼山等灌区建设管理单位的负责人作了经验交流发言。会议通报了2013年度工程建设进度及历年来稽查审计发现的主要问题。
