随着知识经济的快速发展,创新型人才得到越来越多的关注。为社会生产以及服务第一线服务的技术型专门人才变得供不应求,而高职院校的教学目标正是培养这种人才,只有培养出具有创新精神、创新意识、创新能力的新型技术人才,才能为社会的经济建设提供充足丰富的人力资源,才能有效地推动生产技术创新,进而推动整个社会的进步与发展。本文就高职院校创新教育管理中出现的问题进行探讨。
With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, more and more attention has been paid to innovative talents. The technical professionals who serve the social production and service front line have become in short supply. The teaching goal of higher vocational colleges is precisely to train such talents.
