表扬和批评是教师在教育学生时的常用方法。但是目前有些教师在批评前不多加思索,滥用批评;或者在批评时没有注意运用正确的言语和行为,不能达到预期的教育效果;也有些教师在批评前认真思考了,批评时也注意了方法,但又忘记最重要的批评后的引导,而导致前功尽弃。针对这一问题,笔者结合多年来的教学经验谈一些粗略建议。 Praise and criticism are common ways teachers use to educate their students.
