表扬和批评是教师在教育学生时的常用方法。但是目前有些教师在批评前不多加思索,滥用批评;或者在批评时没有注意运用正确的言语和行为,不能达到预期的教育效果;也有些教师在批评前认真思考了,批评时也注意了方法,但又忘记最重要的批评后的引导,而导致前功尽弃。针对这一问题,笔者结合多年来的教学经验谈一些粗略建议。
Praise and criticism are common ways teachers use to educate their students. However, at present, some teachers abuse their criticism before criticizing them, or abuse their criticisms. Or they fail to pay proper attention to criticisms when they use the correct words and behaviors to achieve the expected educational effect. Some teachers also think hard before criticizing and pay attention to methods when criticizing , But forget the guide after the most important criticism, which led to the abolition. In response to this problem, the author combined with years of teaching experience to talk about some rough suggestions.
