针对浅埋薄煤层膏体充填开采材料消耗大、经济效益差,控顶效果不理想等问题,提出了基于膏体充填的气体充填方法。系统阐述了基于膏体充填的气体充填方法的原理和生产系统、生产设备、生产工艺流程。经过工程实践,同等条件下,基于膏体充填的气体充填技术比膏体充填可节省1/3的膏体材料,且顶板下沉减小0.119m,取得了明显的控顶效果和经济效益。
Aimed at the problems of high cost, poor economic benefit and unsatisfactory top-control effect in shallow-thickness thin-seam paste filling, a gas filling method based on paste filling is proposed. The principle of the gas filling method based on paste filling and the production system, production equipment and production process flow are elaborated systematically. After engineering practice, under the same conditions, the gas filling technology based on the paste filling can save 1/3 of the paste material than the paste filling, and the roof sinking reduces by 0.119m, and the obvious top control effect and economic benefits have been achieved.
