本文对不同国家、地区的辩诉交易制度进行了分析,总结出该制度存在的社会基础,以及其自身的价值,并结合我国的司法现状,探讨了辩诉交易制度对我国刑事诉讼程序的启示。
This article analyzes the system of plea bargaining in different countries and regions, summarizes the social foundation of the system and its own value, and explores the enlightenment of plea bargaining system to the criminal procedure of our country combined with the status quo of our country.
