Following the publication of the article “China’s Economy after the 16th Congress”, Premier Zhu Rongji signed the 10-plus-one-frame agreement on behalf of China in formal cooperation with 10 ASEAN countries in Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh. Southeast Asian media expressed deep concern about the publication of this article, the Malaysian “Business Alliance” magazine is about to be reproduced next. Its editor-in-chief, Mr. Chen Xuefeng, also brought his masterpiece, “Learning from China,” to cope with it. The full text is reproduced below. Learn from China! This is the new announcement made by the prime minister Mahathir to “learn from the East” - that is, to learn from the people of Korea, mainly Japan, after 20 years of studying in the country, businesses and entrepreneurs. This is a continuation of learning from the east and is also a new strategy. Mahathir pointed out: At the time when Malaysia launched its eastward study, it did not say that it only learned from Japan. China is also one of the oriental countries. Now the official call to learn from China is based on the fact that China is no longer a closed country and it has been opening up so that foreigners can enter business and invest.
