目的分析医院供应室在为临床服务上存在的问题并研究相关对策。方法选取萍乡市人民医院北院供应室2013年6月—2014年6月32个临床科室和40种临床医疗器械服务工作情况作为分析对象,采用电话征集、问卷调查和意见反馈等统计方式对医院供应室中存在的系列问题进行汇总分析,并且有针对性地研究相对应的改善措施。2013年6—12月(整改前)和2014年1—6月份(整改后)各发放100份调查表,调查各科室对供应室工作的满意度。结果供应室中与质量相关的问题反馈34次,供应室的服务问题反馈13次。整改前各科室对供应室服务的平均满意度为85%,整改后为92%。结论对供应室存在的问题进行统计分析、规范操作和完善服务观念等,可以很好的解决供应室在临床服务上存在的一系列问题。
Objective To analyze the existing problems of hospital supply room in clinical service and to study related countermeasures. Methods The data of 32 clinical departments and 40 kinds of clinical medical equipment service in Pingyuan Peoples Hospital North Hospital Supply Room from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the analysis object, and the hospital was collected by telephone, questionnaire and opinion feedback A series of problems existing in the supply room are summarized and analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are studied in a targeted manner. From June to December 2013 (before rectification) and January-June 2014 (after rectification), 100 questionnaires were distributed to each department to investigate the satisfaction of each department with the work of the supply office. Results There were 34 quality feedback questions in the supply room and 13 feedback questions in the supply room. Before the rectification of various departments on the supply room services, the average satisfaction rate of 85%, 92% after the rectification. Conclusion The statistical analysis of the existing problems in the supply room, standardize the operation and improve the service concept can be a good solution to the supply room in the clinical service of a series of problems.
