采用菱-菱孔型系统对不锈钢与碳钢覆层钢筋进行了轧制试验,研究了轧制道次、压下量、轧制温度与后推力对覆层钢筋轧制界面组织与剪切强度的影响。结果表明,随着轧制道次、压下量、轧制温度的增加界面复合效果得到改善,剪切强度逐渐增加。在相同道次下,采用后推力轧制后试样的界面结合效果都优于未施加后推力的轧制试样。
The rolling test of stainless steel and carbon steel coated rebar was carried out by using Ling-ling hole system. The effect of rolling pass, reduction, rolling temperature and back pressure on the microstructure and shear strength Impact. The results show that with the increase of rolling pass, reduction and rolling temperature, the interfacial composite effect is improved and the shear strength is gradually increased. Under the same pass, the interfacial bonding effect of the sample after the pushback rolling is better than the rolling sample without the post-thrust applied.
