目的:寻求一种简单、有效的治疗和预防急性脑梗塞的方法。方法:采用低能量氦氖激光血管内照射治疗急性脑梗塞患者87例,并与静脉滴注维脑路通比较,观察其临床疗效,血液流变学及CT梗塞体积缩小情况。结果:痊愈率37%,总有效率为91%;血液流变学变化及梗塞体积缩小与对照组比较,P<0.01,差异有非常显著性。结论:低能量氦氖激光血管内照射疗法对急性脑梗塞有明显的治疗和预防作用。
Objective: To seek a simple and effective method of treatment and prevention of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 87 cases of acute cerebral infarction were treated with low-energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation. Compared with intravenous injection of Venoruton, clinical curative effect, hemorheology and CT infarction volume reduction were observed. Results: The cure rate was 37% and the total effective rate was 91%. The changes of hemorheology and infarction volume were decreased compared with the control group (P <0.01). The difference was significant. Conclusion: Low-energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy has obvious therapeutic and preventive effects on acute cerebral infarction.
