针对德国DORST公司生产的TPA140型粉末压机的主机构进行分析研究，根据压制曲线和脱模曲线分析主机构的结构组成，进一步反求机构的尺寸参数。采用优化方法求得六杆机构的尺寸；采用数值方法求得关键部件凸轮的轮廓曲线，从而实现了工艺所要求的压制曲线和脱模曲线。
According to the analysis of the main structure of TPA140 powder press made by DORST Company in Germany, the size and structure parameters of the main structure are further analyzed according to the compression curve and the release curve. The size of the six-bar mechanism was obtained by the optimization method. The contour curve of the key part cam was obtained by numerical method, so as to realize the pressing curve and the release curve required by the process.
