通过对TC4纵向高倍组织进行分析,研究了不同轧制加工率、不同热处理方法对TC4棒材纵向组织的影响。结果表明:高的热处理温度可以细化纵向晶粒,但有限度;大的加工率可以细化晶粒,可以得到细的纵向高倍组织的棒材,满足国外用户的要求;坯料预热处理和合理轧制工艺可以得到细的纵向高倍组织。确定了得到纵向细晶组织棒材的工艺路线及参数。得到了组织、退火性能满足GB/T13810-2007,固溶时效性能满足GJB2219-1994要求的棒材。
The effect of different rolling rates and different heat treatment methods on the longitudinal structure of TC4 bars was studied by analyzing the longitudinal high magnification microstructure of TC4. The results show that: the high heat treatment temperature can refine the longitudinal grain, but there is a limit; the large processing rate can refine the grain, can get the fine longitudinal high magnification rod, to meet the requirements of foreign users; preheating and Reasonable rolling process can get fine vertical high magnification organization.
