本文应用液相色谱/质谱联用(LC/MS)技术分析了一些已知糖混合物.随后进一步研究了芋蔴中游离单糖的结构,实验结果和经典的衍生化,气相色谱分析结果相一致。
In this paper, some known sugar mixtures were analyzed by liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry (LC / MS) technique.Furthermore, the structure of free monosaccharides in realm was studied. The experimental results are in good agreement with the classical derivatization and GC analysis .
