为了观察高脂饮食对小鼠前列腺上皮增生的影响,本研究应用溴脱氧尿苷(BrdU)免疫组化法检测了小鼠前列腺上皮细胞标记指数。结果显示:当喂饲时间达16WK时,高脂饮食组动物的前列腺前叶和背叶上皮细胞BrdU标记指数明显高于对照组(P<005),提示高脂饮食在人前列腺癌的发生过程中起作用。
In order to observe the effect of high-fat diet on prostatic epithelial hyperplasia in mice, bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) immunohistochemical method was used to detect the mouse prostatic epithelial cell marker index. The results showed that BrdU labeling index of anterior prostate and dorsal leaf epithelial cells of high-fat diet group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <005) when feeding time was up to 16WK, suggesting that high fat diet in human prostate cancer Play a role in the process.
