[目的]评估兰州市保教人员对儿童急救知识掌握情况及学习态度,为开展对保教人员实施急救知识与技能的培训提供科学依据。[方法]采用多级抽样的方法从兰州市3个区抽取316名托幼机构保教人员进行儿童急救知识及相关问题的调查问卷。[结果]89.33%的保教人员认为儿童时期就应该学习急救知识;对于常见的急救知识如急救电话,骨折,地震,保教人员的知晓率普遍偏低,其中对于烫烧伤问题,不同性质机构的保教人员掌握情况差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.4,P﹤0.01),而不同工作年限的保教人员对此问题的掌握情况基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]保教人员缺乏常见的儿童急救知识,对其开展及普及儿童常见急救知识和技能的培训刻不容缓。
[Objective] To evaluate the mastery of first aid knowledge and learning attitude of children in Baoshan District, Lanzhou City, and to provide a scientific basis for the training of first aid knowledge and skills. [Methods] A multistage sampling method was used to draw questionnaires of knowledge and related problems of children’s first aid from 316 nursing and child-care institutions instructors in 3 districts of Lanzhou. [Results] 89.33% of the instructors believed that children should learn the first aid knowledge in childhood. The common awareness of first aid knowledge such as emergency telephone, fracture, earthquake and insurer is generally low. For the hot burn problem, There were significant differences in the mastery of staff (χ2 = 15.4, P <0.01), while the masters in different working years had basically the same knowledge of the problem, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). [Conclusions] Instructors lack the common knowledge of first aid for children and urgently need to train them to carry out and popularize the common first aid knowledge and skills of children.
