第三方机构参与校企合作是破解传统校企合作模式瓶颈的有效途径。从结构洞理论视角,以校企合作网络中“结构洞”的存在为依据,分析当前第三方机构在校企合作中的缺位,角色定位偏差,服务指导能力弱以及该模式下的监督管理不善等问题。以中国电子商务协会为例,探索以第三方机构为中介的校企合作模式,促进校企之间形成人才共育,资源共享,过程共管的良好局面,提交校企合作的效益。
The participation of third-party agencies in the cooperation between schools and enterprises is an effective way to solve the bottleneck of the traditional mode of school-enterprise cooperation. From the perspective of structural hole theory, based on the existence of “structural hole ” in the network of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper analyzes the current vacancy of third-party institutions in school-enterprise cooperation, the deviation of role orientation, the weak ability of service guidance and the mode Supervision and management of poor and other issues. Taking the China E-Commerce Association as an example, the paper explores the mode of school-enterprise cooperation based on the third-party agencies and promotes the formation of a good situation of talent pooling, resource sharing and process co-management between school-enterprises and the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation.
