本文对不同剂型冠心静的抗垂体后叶素引起的兔心肌缺血作用和小鼠耐常压缺氧作用进行了研究，并对与复方丹参片的比较结果进行了评析，为药厂进行剂型筛选和临床应用提供了依据。结果表明：冠心静的不同剂型均有明显抗心肌缺血作用和耐常压缺氧作用（P＜0．01），而且与复方丹参片比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05），彼此之间比较也无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。
In this paper, the effects of different formulations of Guanxinjing on myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and mouse tolerance to atmospheric hypoxia were studied, and the results of comparison with compound Danshen tablets were evaluated, and dosage forms for pharmaceutical companies were evaluated. Screening and clinical application provide the basis. The results showed that the different dosage forms of Guanxinjing had significant anti-ischemic and anti-hypoxic effects (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference compared with compound Danshen tablets (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).
