一、青年教师调查工作的背景、目的、对象、方法随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入,当今社会呈现出经济形式多元化、社会组织多元化等特点。与此同时,作为学校重要力量的青年教师,他们的思想政治信仰和价值观也发生了深刻的变化,自身的需求也呈现出多元化发展的趋势。为深入了解青年教师思想及能力的情况,深入分析青年教师存在的问题,以利于加强青年教师队伍建设。从2015年6月开始,我校《青年教师成长的实践研究》课题组组织了对青年教师的

Background, Objective, Object and Method of Young Teachers’ Investigation As the reform of the socialist market economy continues to deepen, today’s society is characterized by diversified economic forms and diversified social organizations. At the same time, young teachers who are important school forces have undergone profound changes in their ideological and political beliefs and values, and their own needs have also shown a tendency of diversified development. In-depth understanding of young teachers’ thinking and ability, in-depth analysis of the problems of young teachers in order to facilitate the building of young teachers. Starting from June 2015, our group titled “Practical Research on the Growth of Young Teachers” organized a group of young teachers
