我国医疗保障制度改革和医疗机构改革正在各地全面展开,医院间的竞争不断加剧,预计未来的发展趋势将从按服务量计酬改为按病计酬,按人头预付,要求医院必须改变传统的管理方式,走“内涵式”发展的道路,通过降低运营成本提高“两个效益”。降低消耗成本,提高效益是市场经济条件下医院经济管理的基本出发点,而成本控制管理是医院经济管理最为重要和有效的手段。下面浅谈加强医院成本控制的思考与实践。
