在贵州省黔东南农村地区,不少乡镇村卫生院室深陷物匮人乏、设备落后的困境,基层医疗防保工作面临严峻挑战。医护人员严重短缺和医疗技术手段落后已成为制约乡镇卫生院发展的两大瓶颈。
In the rural areas of southeastern Guizhou Province, many village and town hospital hospitals are in deep trouble with the shortage of resources and equipment, and the prevention and treatment of grassroots medical work are facing severe challenges. Serious shortage of medical staff and backward medical technology has become the two bottlenecks restricting the development of township hospitals.
