作者用全胚胎培养模型探讨了硒、砷联合对体外培养48h大鼠胚胎(9.5d)的发育毒性。3×4析因分析结果表明,硒、砷联合发育毒性的主效应呈拮抗作用(P=0.0001)。除胚胎干重指标外,其它反映胚胎生长发育和器官形态分化的各项指标均有明显好转,与对照组比较,没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。砷在高剂量(3.0μg/ml)时,0.5~2.0μg/ml硒对砷的发育毒性无明显缓解作用,主要呈现砷的独立作用。
In this study, we investigated the developmental toxicity of selenium and arsenic combined on rat embryos cultured in vitro for 48 hours (9.5 days) using a whole embryo culture model. The results of 3 × 4 factorial analysis showed that the main effect of selenium and arsenic combined developmental toxicity was antagonistic (P = 0.0001). Except embryo dry weight index, all other indexes that reflect embryonic growth and development and morphological differentiation of organ were significantly improved, compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Arsenic at high doses (3.0μg / ml), 0.5 ~ 2.0μg / ml selenium did not significantly alleviate the developmental toxicity of arsenic, mainly showing the independent role of arsenic.
