通过对13块无腹筋简支整浇双向板的试验研究,探讨了混凝土强度、钢纤维体积率和钢纤维掺加范围对板冲切承载力的影响,分析了板冲切的破坏机构。试验结果表明,板冲切承载力随混凝土强度和钢纤维体积率的增大而提高,并存在2.0%的最佳钢纤维体积率。随着钢纤维掺加范围的增加,局部钢纤维高强混凝土板冲切承载力呈线性提高,但掺加范围增大到2倍板厚以上时,冲切承载力基本不再提高。根据试验结果,参照现行规范,并考虑主要影响因素,提出了适用于钢筋混凝土板、配置局部钢纤维的钢筋混凝土板以及钢纤维钢筋混凝土板冲切承载力的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The influence of concrete strength, volume fraction of steel fiber and steel fiber dosing range on the punching load-carrying capacity of the plate was discussed through the experimental study on 13 two-way plates without web reinforcement. The failure mechanism of plate punching was analyzed. The test results show that the plate punching shear strength increases with the increase of concrete strength and steel fiber volume fraction, and there is 2.0% of the best steel fiber volume fraction. With the increase of steel fiber doping range, the punching capacity of local high-strength steel fiber reinforced concrete increases linearly. However, when the doping range is increased to more than 2 times of plate thickness, the punching shear strength does not increase. According to the test results, with reference to the existing codes and taking into account the main influencing factors, formulas for calculating the punching bearing capacity of reinforced concrete slab with steel fiber reinforced concrete slabs and steel fiber reinforced concrete slabs are proposed. The calculated results agree well with the experimental results better.
