成立于2011年的浙江省衢州市中宝投资有限公司,是第一家被立案侦查的“老牌”P2P,由于其涉及金额巨大,消息一出,P2P界一片哗然4月14日,浙江省衢州市中宝投资有限公司(以下简称“中宝投资”)企业法人周辉因涉嫌非法吸收公众存款罪被衢州市人民检察院批准逮捕。根据网站数据初步统计,周辉向全国30余个省市1600余名投资人进行集资,目前尚有1100多名投资人3亿余元本金没有归还。据悉,中宝投资的P2P网站于2011年5月上线,于2013年4月才进行ICP备案。工商资料显示,其注册资本为1000万元。
