表皮剥脱性食管炎在临床上很少见,我院于1997年6月收治1例,现报告如下.病历简介:患者,女,36岁,农民,以胸骨后不适5d,突然呕血,并呕出一条管型膜状物30min,于1997年6月22日急诊来我院.患者来院前5d因精神不畅,感胸骨后不适,刺痛,进食少,无返酸嗳气,30min前症状加重,自以为数天来进食少饥饿所致,随进食少量馒头,食后即感胸骨后疼痛加重,呈烧灼样伴咽部不适,恶心并呕吐,吐出胃内容物后,呕鲜血约100ml,继而呕出一条管状物脱出口外,牵拉与咽部相连,急来我院.笔者将此管状物自咽部剪断后,仍感咽部及胸骨后烧灼样疼痛、恶心,有时呕出少量粘液.患者2年前因“胆囊结石”在我院进
