本文对台式砂轮机噪声检测方法进行了试验研究，在此基础上出厂检测确定采用半球面检测法；对两个重要参数检测点数、检测距离提出了具体数值。研究开发了砂轮机噪声微机自动检测装置，对软、硬件进行了介绍。
In this paper, the test method of bench grinder noise is studied. On the basis of this, the factory test is adopted to determine the hemispherical surface area. The numerical values of the detection points and the detection distance of two important parameters are proposed. Research and development of the grinder noise computer automatic detection device, the software and hardware are introduced.
