外籍教师是对高校外语教师队伍的重要补充,做好外教聘用管理工作,不仅有利于促进学校外语教学水平的提高,也有利于学校加强对外联系,提高办学效益和社会影响力。把控人员质量、加强考核评估、注重关怀激励等措施,在外教聘用管理工作中发挥着重要作用。
Foreign teachers are an important complement to the team of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities and doing a good job in employment management of foreign teachers is not only conducive to promoting the improvement of the level of foreign language teaching in schools, but also helping schools to strengthen their external relations and improve the efficiency and social influence of running schools.
