运用悬念的表达手法进行新闻写作,也是多种多样。有的用传说、比喻,也有的用人物的绰号或事物的名称作由头,等等。不过,在一般新闻写作中采用下述办法设置悬念较多些。其一,截取反映事实中矛盾、冲突的某个画面或细节构成悬念。请看,在《人民的好医生李月华》的通讯中(见《中国优秀通讯选》下册第231页),切取这样一个画面:
