目前我国机械采油井系统主要包括抽油机井系统和电泵井系统。抽油机井系统是油田普遍采用的采油装置,技术较为成熟。电泵井系统无论采用螺杆泵还是潜油电泵都需要用普通平口钢管悬挂电泵,电缆独立下井。该系统普遍存在管内结蜡、电缆磨损等缺点。面对上述技术难题,公司开发了纤维增强敷缆复合采油管,将井下电泵所需线缆敷设在管材结构层中,用管体结构对线缆进行保护,并且管材为多层结构,内层采用PE、P V D F等材料制造,内壁光滑,彻底根除了电泵井系统存在的管内结蜡、电缆磨损等技术难题,解决上述问题的关键在于纤维增强敷缆复合采油管的内衬层的挤出工艺研究以及增强层敷缆工艺的研究。本文对重要工艺环节的控制进行介绍。

Faced with the above technical problems, the company developed a fiber-reinforced cable laying composite tubing, laying the cable required for underground pump in the pipe structure layer, the pipe structure to protect the cable, and the pipe is multi-layer structure, the inner The layer is made of PE, PVDF and other materials, and the inner wall is smooth. It thoroughly eradicates the technical problems of paraffin waxing and cable abrasion in the electric pump well system.
