对1365名接触粉尘和二氧化硫气体的工人进行肺通气功能检查。接触粉尘+SO2组工人FVC和FVE1.0%的平均值最低,分别为70.18%、78.93%,其次为接触粉尘组,接触SO2组的平均值相对最高为93.68%、86.23%;SO2组只检出阻塞型肺功能异常,而粉尘组和粉尘+SO2组3种肺通气功能障碍均被检出,粉尘导致的阻塞型肺功能异常占的比例最高,为20.25%;粉尘+SO2组限制型肺功能异常占的比例最高,为53.78%;粉尘+SO2组肺通气功能异常率最高(57.14%),其次为粉尘组,SO2组相对最低(21.59%)。提示粉尘和SO2气体对人体健康的影响存在联合作用。
Pulmonary ventilation tests were performed on 1,365 workers exposed to dust and sulfur dioxide gas.
