班主任是班集体的组织者、教育者和领导者,班主任工作的质量不仅决定着学生身心的健康成长,还影响着学校管理工作的大局。评价标准体系的建立,不仅能丰富班主任的工作理论,有利于班主任自身的成长与发展,还有利于推动班主任工作管理的科学化、规范化进程,提高学校的管理水平和教学质量。而在民汉合校的中小学校中,如何构建民汉统一的班主任评价体系,直接关系到民汉合校未来的发展。
The class teacher is the organizer, educator and leader of the class collective. The quality of the class teacher’s work not only determines the healthy growth of the students’ physical and mental health, but also affects the overall situation of the school management. The establishment of the evaluation standard system not only enriches the working theory of the class teacher, but also helps the class teacher to grow and develop. It also helps to promote the scientific and standardization of class teacher work management and improve the management level and quality of the teaching. However, in the primary and secondary schools run by the People’s Republic of China and Han Dynasty, how to build a teacher-teacher evaluation system based on the unity of the civilizations and Han directly relates to the future development of the CAB.
