畜牧业是农牧业社社会生产的主要部门。农牧业社集体牲畜占全国牲畜总头数的四分之三。畜牧业提供农牧业社总产值的五分之四,现金收入的约百分之九十。农牧业社社会生产劳动力中畜牧业劳动力占四分之三。现在,平均每个农牧业社拥有集体牲畜七万头。因此在固巩和发展农牧业社集体经济的过程中,畜牧业劳动组织起着重要的作用。
Livestock husbandry is the main department of social production of agriculture and animal husbandry. Collective livestock farming and husbandry cooperatives account for three-fourths of the total head of livestock in the country. Livestock provide about four-fifths of the gross output value of farming and animal husbandry and about 90% of cash income. Agriculture and animal husbandry social production of labor in livestock husbandry labor accounted for three-quarters. Now, on average, each animal husbandry agency owns 70,000 collective livestock. Therefore, in consolidating and developing the collective economy of agriculture and animal husbandry, the labor organization of livestock husbandry plays an important role.
