采用甲醇浸泡刺松藻干粉末,适当处理后,制备到此海藻的甲醇提取物(过滤和减压蒸干)。抑藻活性检测表明,当浓度为4.0 mg/mL时,此甲醇提取物明显抑制了米氏凯伦藻的生长。进一步采用2种液液萃取方法,对此提取物进行分离,共获得8个液液萃取分离组分。这些组分对米氏凯伦藻均表现出抑藻活性。在此基础上,采用化学成分系统预试验方法,初步分析了这些抑藻活性组分的化学成分。结果表明,刺松藻甲醇提取物的液液萃取分离组分中主要含有鞣质、有机酸和黄酮。最后,对抑藻活性组分进行了硅胶GF_(254)薄层层析检测,得到了较为适宜的展开剂,为后续采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化奠定了良好的实验基础。目前,国内外尚未见刺松藻抑藻活性物质的相关研究。
The carrageenan was soaked in methanol so that the methanolic extract of the seaweed was filtered off and evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. Anti-algal activity tests showed that the methanol extract significantly inhibited the growth of Kypicia mikimotoi at a concentration of 4.0 mg / mL. Further, two kinds of liquid-liquid extraction methods were used to separate the extract, and a total of eight liquid-liquid extraction and separation components were obtained. These components showed inhibitory activity against Knelliferella kirilowii. On this basis, the chemical constituents of these algicide active components were preliminarily analyzed by chemical composition system pre-test method. The results showed that tannin, organic acids and flavonoids were mainly contained in the liquid-liquid extraction and separation components of methanol extracts from Streptozotocorus sp. Finally, silica gel GF_ (254) thin layer chromatography was used to detect the active components of algae, and a suitable developing solvent was obtained, which laid a good experimental foundation for the subsequent purification by silica gel column chromatography. At present, no relevant studies have been done on the algal inhibitory substances in China and abroad.
