卷材屋面(包括油毡、聚氯乙烯、氯化聚乙烯)是目前屋面防水普遍采用的作法,但施工后经常出现空鼓、脱壳等质量问题,特别是在屋面现浇保温层上铺贴卷材,空鼓现象普遍存在。其原因主要是在潮湿状态下就铺贴卷材,水份蒸发变成水蒸汽而无出路,导致起鼓,最终由于疲劳原因导致卷材破裂,接缝处脱胶而产生漏雨。近几年来,我们采用空铺法卷材排气屋面施工方法,效果良好。施工的油毡卷材屋面已经历数年冬夏的考验,无空鼓、漏雨现象。近几年在氯化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等新防水材料卷材屋面工程中,取得同样的效果。其施工方法如下:
Rolled roofing (including linoleum, polyvinyl chloride, and chlorinated polyethylene) is a common practice in roof waterproofing. However, after construction, quality problems such as hollowing and shelling often occur, especially on roof cast-in-place insulation. Coil and hollowing are common. The main reason for this is that in the wet state, the web is laid, the moisture evaporates into water vapor and there is no way out, which leads to drumming. Finally, the web breaks due to fatigue, and the joints are degummed to produce leakage. In recent years, we have adopted an empty paving method for exhaust roof construction of coiled materials and have achieved good results. The construction of linoleum coiled roof has undergone the test of winter and summer for several years, with no emptying or leakage. In recent years, the same effect has been achieved in new roofing projects such as chlorinated polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride. The construction method is as follows:
