依靠科技进步,加快向现代化大生产发展,是国有大中型企业的必然趋向。这一趋向,要求企业领导按正确决策程序,做好科技发展方向和攻关目标与措施等问题的决策,以达到增强企业竞争力和发展后劲之目的。为此,企业秘书部门要追随领导的思维走势,巾紧企业科技发展的实际,开展趋前性的调研活动,辅助领导实现决策科学化、现代化。那么,企业秘书部门如何进行这方面的调研与辅助决策呢?本文就此谈四点粗浅认识。
Relying on scientific and technological progress and accelerating the development of large-scale modernization are inevitable trends for state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises.
