党的十六大召开之后,尤其是全国总工会等中央九部委发出《关于开展全国“创建学习型组织,争做知识型职工”活动的通知》后,在上级工会和公司党委的领导下,围绕全面提升企业国际竞争力,东风汽车公司进一步全面实施了“创建学习型组织,争做知识型职工”活动,扎扎实实地推进和落实了全国、湖北省“创争”活动领导小组的部署要求。
