为了研究急斜特厚煤层综放工作面顶板的变形特征,以乌鲁木齐矿区乌东煤矿北采区45o煤层为研究背景,应用梁式理论建立了急倾斜工作面顶板的受力力学模型,得到顶板的变形挠度方程,同时采用FLAC3D对顶板变形机理进行数值模拟。结果分析表明:顶板倾斜长度对顶板变形的影响显著;随顶板的悬空面积增加,顶板变形逐渐增大且中部偏上区域变形量趋于最大值;变形区域从顶板中部向外部扩展,在靠近梁结构支点处的顶板变形相对较小。现场采用地质雷达监测,得出倾斜方向上不同区域顶板的塑性区变化特征,反演顶板变形情况,监测结果与理论分析和数值模拟结果基本一致。
In order to study the deformation characteristics of the roof of the fully mechanized top coal caving face in steep thick seams, taking 45o coal seam in the northern mining area of Wudong coal mine in Urumqi as the research background, the mechanics model of the roof of the steep working face is established by using beam theory, Deformation deflection equation, while using FLAC3D on the roof deformation mechanism for numerical simulation. Geological radar was used to monitor the site, and the plastic zone characteristics of the roof in different areas were obtained. The deformation of the roof was retrieved, and the monitoring results are consistent with the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.
