红色文化是中华民族优秀传统文化、人类文明成果与马克思主义中国化三者结合的产物,是人类进步的阶梯。红色文化为文化强国建设提供了一切优质基因,文化强国建设又为红色文化的发展繁荣提供了重要战略机遇。大力实施红色文化传承战略、红色文化互惠战略和红色文化惠民战略,是坚持以弘扬红色文化为主题的文化强国建设的有效途径,也是实施文化强国战略的路径选择。
The red culture is the product of the combination of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, the achievements of human civilization and the sinicization of Marxism. It is also a ladder to human progress. The red culture has provided all the good genes for the building of a culturally powerful nation. The construction of a powerful nation in culture has provided an important strategic opportunity for the development and prosperity of the red culture. Vigorously implementing the red cultural heritage strategy, the red cultural mutual benefit strategy and the red cultural Huimin strategy is an effective way to uphold the building of a culturally powerful nation with the theme of promoting the red culture as well as a path choice for implementing the strategy of strengthening the country by culture.
