在黄浦区政府“十一五”期间打造“经典黄浦”的规划中,“一带三区”的功能区域引人注目。“一带”,即外滩黄浦江发展带；“三区”,即作为都市商务核心区的南京路地区、体现上海历史魅力的国际化商业旅游区豫园地区和以现代化博览文化为主题的世博地区。“一带三区”的区域功能定位,使得现代服务业专业技能人才成为了重要缺口。而这样一支技能人才队伍的培养,无疑就成了职业教育的重要使命。
In the planning of “classic Huangpu” to be built by the government of Huangpu District during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, the functional areas of “One Belt and Three Districts” attract attention. “One Belt” means the development zone of the Huangpu River in the Bund; “Three Districts”, namely Nanjing Road area, which is the core area of urban commerce, Shanghai International Tourism Zone Yuhang, which has historical charm, and Expo Area, which is centered on the modern Expo culture. The “one area, three districts” function of regional functions has made the modern service industry professional and technical personnel an important gap. And such a training of skilled personnel, no doubt become an important mission of vocational education.
