目的确定无梗五加果实乙醇提取物抗肿瘤的有效部位。方法建立小鼠肝癌H22肿瘤模型,检测无梗五加果实80%乙醇提取物的不同溶剂萃取物:石油醚萃取物、二氯甲烷萃取物、正丁醇萃取物以及剩余水溶性成分,对小鼠体内肿瘤生长的抑制作用以及对脾脏指数、胸腺指数、细胞因子水平的影响。结果无梗五加果实乙醇提取物的不同溶剂萃取物中石油醚萃取物高剂量组、二氯甲烷萃取物高剂量组以及水溶性成分低剂量组对小鼠移植性实体瘤H22有明显抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为41.88%、42.55%、44.83%。与模型组比较,无梗五加果实各萃取物对于荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数以及血清中IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α的水平均有不同程度的提高。结论无梗五加果实乙醇提取物中石油醚层、二氯甲烷层、水溶性成分层是无梗五加果实乙醇提取物抗肿瘤的有效部位。
Objective To determine the effective antitumor site of ethanol extract of Sessile Pekinensis. Methods The H22 tumor model of mouse liver cancer was established to detect the different solvent extracts of 80% ethanol extract of S. septempunctata: petroleum ether extract, methylene chloride extract, n-butanol extract and the remaining water-soluble components, Inhibition of tumor growth in mice and its effects on spleen index, thymus index and cytokine levels. Results High-dose petroleum ether extract, high-dose dichloromethane extract and low-dose water-soluble component of different solvent extracts of S. septempunctata L. had significant inhibitory effect on transplanted solid tumor H22 in mice, The tumor inhibition rates were 41.88%, 42.55%, 44.83% respectively. Compared with the model group, each extract of S. septempunctata enhanced the thymus index, spleen index and serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusions The petroleum ether layer, methylene chloride layer and water-soluble layer in the ethanol extract of S. septempunctata are the effective anti-tumor sites of ethanol extract of S. septentrionalis.
