目的分析激光红膜成形术作为首选处理治疗急性闭角型青光眼的有效性;方法选择激光红膜成形术对20例急性闭角型青光眼患者(20眼)进行治疗,对手术前后的视力、眼压变化情况进行观察比较;结果术后1小时患者视力均有一定程度的提升;术后2小时全部患者的视力均明显提升,角膜水肿显著消退;治疗前后患者的眼压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对急性闭角型青光眼患者进行处理治疗时,将激光红膜成形术作为首选处理治疗方式具有比较显著的治疗效果,而且安全可靠。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of laser red membrane plasty as the first choice for the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods Twenty eyes of 20 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma (20 eyes) were treated by laser red-diaphragm angioplasty. The visual acuity, Visual acuity was significantly improved in all patients 2 hours after surgery, corneal edema significantly subsided; before and after treatment, the intraocular pressure difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma, laser redmyclampsis as the preferred treatment has a more significant therapeutic effect, and is safe and reliable.
