介绍了新型低温热水辐射供暖地面和墙面的构造并建立了实验系统。实验研究了地面供暖和墙面供暖的热工性能,地面辐射供暖分别采用了木地板面层和瓷砖面层,墙面辐射供暖分别采用了有孔蜂窝铝板面层和无孔蜂窝铝板面层。实验结果表明,对于墙面辐射供暖,有孔蜂窝铝板加热面的温度及热流密度大于无孔蜂窝铝板;对于地面辐射供暖,瓷砖面层的表面温度及热流密度大于木地板。地面辐射供暖的辐射传热比例大于57%,墙面辐射供暖的辐射传热比例大于65%。
Introduced a new low temperature hot water radiant heating ground and wall structure and the establishment of an experimental system. Experimental study of the thermal performance of the floor heating and wall heating, floor radiant heating were used wood floor surface and ceramic tile surface, wall radiation heating were used porous honeycomb aluminum surface and non-porous honeycomb aluminum surface. The experimental results show that for wall radiant heating, the temperature and heat flux density of the perforated honeycomb aluminum heating surface is greater than that of the non-porous honeycomb aluminum plate; for the surface radiant heating, the surface temperature and heat flux density of the tile surface coating is greater than that of the wood flooring. Radiation heat transfer of ground radiation heating is greater than 57%, radiant wall heat radiation radiation heat transfer ratio greater than 65%.
