1994年1至10月,湖北万宝粮油工贸集团累计完成产值2.52亿元,同比增长45.7%;实现利税691.13万元,同比增长58%;实现销售收入2.57亿元,同比增长8.6%,年底有望实现总产值3亿元的目标。他们的主要做法是: ——党委成员包厂负责。为了进一步加强对各分公司的协调、服务和领导,及时帮助企业解决生产经营中存在的各种问题,他们实行党委成员包厂负责制。党委书记兼总经理重点包亏损企业王树岗粮食工业分公司,其它党委成员分别包1至2家分公司。领导包厂的主要职责是包企业产值、利税、销售收入指标的完成,包职工收入,包企业改革与发展。
From January to October 1994, Hubei Wanbao Grain, Oil, and Industry & Trade Group completed a total output value of 252 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 45.7%; realized profits and taxes of 691.13 million yuan, an increase of 58%; and sales revenue of 257 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.6%. The goal of achieving a total output value of 300 million yuan. Their main approach is: - Party committee members are responsible for the factory. In order to further strengthen the coordination, service, and leadership of each branch, and help enterprises solve various problems in production and management in a timely manner, they implement the responsibility system of the members of the party committee. Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Baoshu Wangshugang, a key loss-making enterprise, and members of other party committees package 1 to 2 branch companies. The main responsibility of the leadership package factory is to complete the company’s production value, profits and taxes, sales revenue indicators, including employee income, package enterprise reform and development.
