Survivin是近年发现的一种新的凋亡抑制因子,是IAP家族成员之一。Survivin选择性地表达于包括胃肠道恶性肿瘤在内的多种肿瘤组织中,而在正常成熟组织中不表达。研究表明,Survivin参与胃肠道恶性肿瘤的发生发展,与肿瘤的预后密切相关,也为胃肠恶性肿瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。
Survivin is a new apoptosis inhibitor discovered in recent years and is one of the members of IAP family. Survivin is selectively expressed in many tumor tissues including gastrointestinal malignancies, but not in normal mature tissues. Studies have shown that Survivin is involved in the development of gastrointestinal malignancies and is closely related to the prognosis of the tumors. It also provides a new idea for the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies.
