第九届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二次会议通过的《关于修改<中华人民共和国森林法>的决定》正式颁布了。这部新修改的森林法,是保障林业持续、健康、快速发展的一部重要法律,是依法兴林、依法治林的可靠保证,是我们广大林业工作者的一件大喜事。
The “Decision on Amending the Forest Law of the People’s Republic of China” passed at the second session of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People’s Congress was promulgated. This newly revised Forest Law is an important piece of law that guarantees the sustainable, healthy and rapid development of forestry. It is a credible guarantee of relying on laws and governing forests according to law and is a happy event for the majority of foresters.
