《工程建设标准强制性条文(房屋建筑部分)》颁布已经一年多了,它为参与房屋建筑工程的各责任方执行工程建设强制性标准和政府对其执行情况进行监督提供了法律依据,对贯彻落实国务院《建设工程质量管理条例》,保证建筑工程质量起到了重要作用。以下是个人学习、执行《工程建设标准强制性条文(房屋建筑部分》(以下简称《条文》)后的几点体会。
